The merger of Logica and CMG united 6,300 UK employees, all with variations to their benefits, and terms and conditions of employment. Following a Watson Wyatt feasibility study, Vebnet's FIX&FLEX® flexible benefits technology was implemented to help streamline and consolidate benefits, but do so on a cost-neutral basis.
