Richard Morgan – Director of Consultancy Services

Richard joined Vebnet in 2008 to lead our consultancy services. He was previously a senior member of the flexible benefits team at KPMG and head of flexible benefits at Watson Wyatt. He has over 20 years experience in employee benefits consulting, most of which has focused on flexible benefits, reward and salary sacrifice implementations. Richard has worked with around 50 organisations in managing flexible benefits and total reward projects, including Disney, Schroders, Britannia Building Society and T-Mobile. Richard is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institution.
